SAP ECC Integration & UAT Lead – Pharma (M&A Program) (Onsite - Ridgefield, NJ)

We are looking to hire a candidate with the skills sets mentioned and experience for one of our clients within the pharmaceutical Industry. This is a Onsite position. 

Job Summary :

Support the SAP ECC rollout as part of a Merger & Acquisition initiative, with responsibility across Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Security, Data Validation, Training, GoLive and Hypercare support within a regulated Pharma/GMP environment.

Role Scope & Deliverables

Integration Testing

Prepare and validate end-to-end business process scenarios.

Develop detailed test scenarios and test scripts.

Execute and support integration test cycles.

Support master and transactional data creation for test execution.

User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Prepare and validate UAT business process scenarios.

Develop detailed test scenarios and scripts in collaboration with Business SMEs.

Execute and support UAT with business users.

Support data creation and validation during UAT cycles.

Provide training and guidance to SMEs and users on scenario execution as needed.

Security

Gather and validate business access requirements.

Review, test, and validate SAP security roles aligned to business functions.

Test user IDs to ensure appropriate access and segregation of duties.

Data Support

Review data readiness for migration and load.

Support data cleansing and mapping rule validation.

Validate loaded data for accuracy and completeness.

Training & Go-Live Support

Drive user readiness activities.

Support preparation of training documentation.

Assist SMEs with SOP updates.

Support business process flows and end-user enablement.

Post Go-Live / Hypercare Support

Support cutover planning and execution.

Provide post go-live support to SMEs and business users.

Assist with system stabilization and issue resolution during hypercare.

Key Skills & Experience

Strong SAP ECC functional expertise across:

MM, QM, PP, WM, Serialization

Extensive experience in:

Pharma domain

GMP-regulated environments

Aseptic process industries

Proven expertise in:

Preparing SOPs aligned with GMP standards and client requirements

SAP testing across all project phases:

Unit Testing

Integration Testing

User Acceptance Testing

Post Go-Live Support

Experience with ServiceNow for incident and service management.

Hands-on experience preparing SAP training materials and conducting onsite training for:

Production operators

Warehouse operators

Multiple shift operations

Acted as first-line business support for issue resolution.

Strong understanding and practical experience with site-level GMP procedures.
