SAP EAM Consultant

We are seeking a knowledgeable SAP EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) Consultant to join our dynamic team at Talent Worx. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and enhancing SAP EAM solutions that improve our clients' asset management and maintenance operations. You will engage with clients to understand their needs, configure the SAP EAM module, and provide insights to optimize their asset performance.

Your expertise in SAP EAM will be crucial in ensuring the efficient management of assets throughout their lifecycle, from acquisition to disposal. This position calls for a proactive consultant with strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for driving operational excellence.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure SAP EAM solutions according to client requirements and industry best practices.
• Analyze existing asset management processes to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Work closely with functional teams to integrate SAP EAM with other relevant SAP modules, such as PM and MM.
• Conduct testing and validation activities to ensure the quality and functionality of EAM solutions.
• Provide training and support to end-users to enhance their understanding and use of SAP EAM functionalities.
• Serve as a key resource for addressing SAP EAM-related queries and challenges faced by clients.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5-8 years of experience as an SAP EAM Consultant with hands-on implementation and support experience.
• Strong understanding of asset management strategies, processes, and lifecycle management.
• Experience with SAP S/4 HANA and ECC is preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with clients and team members.
