Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced SAP Delivery Lead to join our team. As an SAP Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of SAP projects, ensuring successful outcomes and client satisfaction. You will lead a team of SAP consultants and collaborate closely with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience working in SAP project delivery, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record in successfully delivering large and complex SAP projects, including full lifecycle implementations, upgrades, and migrations.
• Strong knowledge of SAP modules and functionalities, such as SuccuessFactors, SD, MM, FI/CO, or others.
• Experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams, including consultants, developers, and testers.
• Excellent understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve project goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage client relationships and drive client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to address project challenges and drive successful outcomes.
• Up-to-date knowledge of SAP technologies, trends, and best practices.
• Experience in working with global and multi-cultural teams is preferred.
• Professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) or SAP (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate) are desirable.
