You will work with clients to understand their data migration requirements, develop strategies for data cleansing, transformation, and validation, and implement best practices to facilitate a smooth transition.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive data migration strategies and plans to facilitate the transfer of data into SAP environments.
• Analyze existing data models, perform data profiling, and identify data quality issues that need to be addressed prior to migration.
• Utilize SAP data migration tools, such as SAP Data Services and LSMW (Legacy System Migration Workbench), to execute data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data consistency and integrity between legacy systems and SAP applications.
• Conduct testing and validation of migrated data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Provide training and support to client teams on data governance and management practices post-migration.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in SAP data migration projects, with strong expertise in data extraction and transformation processes.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Data Services, LSMW, and other related data migration tools.
• Excellent analytical skills and a strong understanding of data governance principles.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
