• All technical changes for CRM WEBUI – Screen changes, Config Changes Etc

• Development of ABAP reports and Interfaces within CRM system

• Development and maintenance of External interfaces using WEBSERVICES – Config/changes.

• CRM components like TREX/GWARE server setup

• Identifying Notes to support various user requirements.

• CRM SALES and SERVICE processes customizing changes.

• Sap CRM Mobility , overview of DOE, SUP.

• Overview of Fiori.
