We advise our customers on IT strategy and processes, implement and operate systems including the associated support and maintenance. We take an open-ended approach and support our customers in on-prem, cloud or hybrid scenarios. In addition, we offer products developed in-house to increase efficiency.

The position is to be filled at one of our locations or remotely throughout Germany.

• As SAP Project Manager you are responsible for the successful preperation and realization of SAP projects in our SAP Cloud unit.
• You are responsible for project planning regarding time, capacity, and budget, and you conduct regular planning iterations.
• In doing so, you will manage the entire course of the project with all involved project teams across all phases. You are responsible for the project results regarding time, quality, and costs.
• You steer the daily project work, clarify customer requirements, and translate them into SAP processes.
• You prepare and conduct workshops at management level.
• In addition, you will be responsible for presales activities, the establishment and maintenance of customer relationships. 

• Extensive Project Management Experience: You have many years of professional experience as a project manager, showcasing an analytical mindset and the ability to present complex concepts clearly and tailored to the target audience. Even in difficult and challenging project management situations, you find practical, hands-on solutions to address current issues. As a charismatic manager, you have the ability to easily convince the entire projectteam. 
• Expertise in Project Management Methodologies: You have in-depth experience with both classical and agile project management methods (preferably hybrid) approaches. Ideally, you have experience and knowledge in one or more SAP modules. You are experienced with the SAP Activate methodology. 
• Soft Skills: You have well-founded presales experience and present a confident demeanor when engaging with customers. On top of that, you have strong communication skills and the ability to present the information stakeholder orientated. You have also the ability to simplify complex situations into easily understandable content. You have the ability to inspire and motivate team members, guiding them to ensure the successful achievement of project goals. 
• Language Proficiency: You possess business-fluent German skills (C1 level) and good English skills (B2 level).
