SAP Central Finance Program Director - Senior Principal

About your role

• Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP Finance Transformations focussing on Central Finance projects, from initiation and planning through to execution, completion, and post-go-live support
• Manage relationships at CFO and Finance Director level
• Manage all program scope, budgeting, timelines, and resource management, ensuring alignment across business and IT
• Manage large, multi-disciplinary teams, providing mentorship, coaching and performance management to drive collaboration and programme success
• Negotiate and resolve issues around cost, quality and challenges for all aspects , internal and external to the program

Requirements:
• Overall 15+ experience of SAP projects in SAP Finance areas
• Direct experience selling and delivering in key SAP finance and EPM solutions such as budgeting, forecasting, reporting, consolidation, and Central finance
• Good understanding of SAP ECC and SAP BPC and other EPM platforms
• Delivered at least 4+ end to end SAP Programmes as Finance lead
• Delivered at least 2+ end-to-end SAP Central Finance programmes as overall Program lead or Program Manager
• A solid understanding of SAP AI roadmap and the ability to articulate it fluently
• Experience in developing or supporting in the development of tools and accelerators in SAP finance area
• Solid understanding of the below:
• Data integration between SAP and non-SAP systems into SAP S/4
• Master Data Harmonization for consolidated reporting , group wide analytics and financial close procedures
• Universal journal and financial reporting
• SAP Activate and ASAP methodologies
