Position: SAP BW/HANA, Project Manager

Location: Fort Myers, Florida

Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Job Description

• Responsible for and drives the design/construction of highly complex business intelligence solutions with SAP BusinessObjects BI Suite, SAP NetWeaver BW, SAP HANA, and other platforms. Responsible for all aspects of project delivery including estimation, planning, design, development, configuration, testing, deployment and support. Manages a team of 8-10 SAP business intelligence professionals.

• Manages and evaluates the activities of one or more assigned projects and personnel to obtain optimum results and maximize efficient utilization of manpower.

• Strong Project Management skills.

• Must be PMP certified

• Should have been hands on in the past 3-5 years.

• Analyzes, defines, and presents projects in terms of business objectives.

• Develops and facilitates presentations to communicate new methods/ideas and to describe new systems.

• Works frequently with senior management, various board and steering committees, functional leaders, and individual team leaders.

• Drives SAP business intelligence-related projects and the organization toward achieving the intended business results.

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Business, Math, Engineering or related field required.

• Eight (8) years minimum of business or technical experience utilizing SAP applications and business intelligence tools is required.

• Five (5) years minimum of project management experience and/or leading teams in resolving implementations or business impact issues is required.

• Direct experience managing and delivering an SAP BW to BW on HANA project is preferred.

• Experience with SAP BI Suite and associated tools required.

• Mastery of reporting and analytics methodologies required.

• Mastery of data warehousing and business intelligence concepts and their practical application required.

• Demonstrated ability to assume full responsibility of several projects that may span multiple departments and systems required.

• Knowledge of I/S methodologies and a project’s impact on the company required.

• Ability to plan, organize, and execute complex projects within proposed time and cost estimates required.
