Job Description

We are looking for a Junior Software Developer to join our team and support the development of modern, cloud‑based business applications. This role is well suited for an early‑career developer who is interested in enterprise systems, cloud technologies, and building scalable applications on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).

Core Responsibilities

Assist in developing cloud‑native applications and services on SAP BTP

Support backend development using CAP (Cloud Application Programming Model) or RAP (ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model)

Contribute to frontend development using SAPUI5 / Fiori

Help build and maintain integrations between SAP systems and external applications

Write clean, maintainable, and well‑documented code

Participate in code reviews, team discussions, and agile ceremonies

Learn enterprise development best practices, DevOps concepts, and cloud architectures

Technologies You'll Use:

SAP Business Application Studio

SAP Build Code

SAP BTP Runtimes

Cloud Foundry (Node.js, Java)

ABAP Environment (“Steampunk”)

Exposure to Kyma / Kubernetes (as applicable)

Skill Requirements

3+ years experience in similar role

Programming Languages: Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or ABAP Cloud.

Frameworks: Mastery of SAPUI5/Fiori for frontend and CAP for backend service development.

Cloud Concepts: Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and multi-tenant SaaS architecture.
