Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP BTP & ABAP Technical Consultant to lead the technical direction of SAP integrations and ensure alignment with SAP’s evolving AI ecosystem. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll work at the intersection of enterprise architecture, product strategy, and deep technical execution.

You’ll take ownership of SAP BTP strategy, drive ABAP development standards, and translate SAP’s AI roadmap into scalable product decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and define the technical strategy across SAP BTP, Joule, and SAP AI Foundation
• Design and build robust integrations with SAP ECC and S/4HANA systems
• Write, review, and optimize ABAP code across multiple enterprise environments
• Translate SAP’s product and AI roadmap into actionable technical and product decisions
• Collaborate closely with architecture and product teams to deliver enterprise-grade deployments
• Act as a bridge between executive stakeholders (CIO level) and technical teams
• Ensure best practices in SAP development, scalability, and performance

Requirements:
• Proven hands-on experience with SAP BTP and ABAP development
• Strong understanding of SAP’s AI ecosystem (Joule, AI Foundation, Build Code)
• Demonstrated implementation experience with SAP S/4HANA and ECC (not advisory-only roles)
• Ability to operate across both strategic and technical layers of an organization
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence enterprise stakeholders
• Clear technical opinions and a proactive approach to SAP architecture and best practices
• Startup or high-growth environment experience is a strong plus
• Willingness to work on-site in Berlin (mandatory requirement)
