Belmont Lavan Ltd is seeking an experienced SAP BRIM SOM and CI Implementation Manager for a 6 to 12 months contract. In this critical role, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of SAP BRIM Subscription Order Management (SOM) and Contract and Invoice (CI) implementation projects to support the digital transformation of our client's business operations.
You will coordinate with stakeholders across business and technical teams to ensure successful deployment of BRIM solutions, driving process improvements and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned SAP professional with deep expertise in SAP BRIM and proven project management capabilities to make a substantial impact.
Requirements:
• Accountable for successfully delivering the SAP BRIM Explore and Design phase with all required deliverables
• Plan, prepare and run the workshops with business
• Assess current business processes, and define future state solution
• Define business requirements and process design (including scenario design and flow mapping) on SAP BRIM (Subscription Order Management, Billing and Invoicing) related processes and functionalities including the BDR integration into SD
• Create SAP BRIM functional designs
• Lead the functional team (3 resources offshore) and assign work tasks to deliver the Explore and Design deliverables
• Work with technical team members to identify gaps (RICEFWs) in the SAP BRIM SOM and CI solution
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (including finance, sales, and IT) to ensure seamless integration of SAP BRIM with other systems
Candidate must-have requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience with hands-on SAP Subscription Order Management implementation knowledge
• Experience with SAP Convergent Invoicing configuration, knowledge of Convergent Invoicing includes BITs & CITs, Billing, Invoicing, Posting Area, Bill Cycle, FICA posting, Revenue Accrual, Billing Request, Invoicing offsetting etc.
• S/4HANA implementation experience
• Candidates need to be able to write and execute Functional Specifications, User Stories, etc.
• Must have effective communication skills and the ability to engage with end users, development teams, high level executives.
• Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
