The SAP BODS Team Lead is responsible to design and implement solutions that improve business functionality and productivity using technology at an Enterprise Level.

Required:

• Experience in the Information Technology Industry with extensive practice as a Sr. SAP BODS Lead.

Desired:

• Minimum of 7 years of overall IT experience

• 5-7 years prior experience focused in ETL design, development, review, reporting and testing

• 5-7 years professional experience in Data warehouse environments

• 5-7 years of experience with SAP BODS

• Experienced working on data integration projects with SAP and knowledge of database tables and relationships in SAP

• Experienced working on BAPI, SAP Tables and relationships, SAP Functional Knowledge, debugging, able to understand ABAP code.

• High proficiency in understanding relational data models

• 5-7 years professional development experience in Oracle 11.2, SQL Server 2005, 2008 or 2012

• Development experience in transforming XML messages and understanding of XML schemas

• Experience in database query optimization

• Integration experience with source code repositories (Subversion, Team Foundation Server).

• Experience managing team of developers and offshore resources

• Experience with SAP Solution Manager

• Experience in defining and supporting Business KPIs is desirable

Preferable:

• Experienced working on Attunity Connectors or Replication tool will be an added benefit.

• Life Science/Pharmaceutical experience preferred.

• BA/BS in Computer Science or equivalent in education and 5 years of experience required working in the SAP based environment.

• Should be proficient in Software Engineering Techniques, Software Engineering Architecture, Software Engineering Lifecycle and Data Management.

• Should have progressing skills on Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Software Engineering Leadership, Architecture Knowledge and Technical Solution Design.
