Job Description

• Analyze the current business processes and scenarios, and recommend/develop solution to meet business needs.
• Handle Batch Cycle operational support ( data loads monitoring and issue resolution, incident and problem resolution, downtime and performance management ).
• Able to introduce, implement, train and support new technologies that would address changing business needs ( e.g. BW on HANA, Front-end tools and Datalake solutions ).
• Flexibility to work on implementation/upgrade/support activities based on the requirement.
• Manage basic security roles to properly address the needs of various business teams and audit requirements.
• Facilitate / coordinate workshops with business key users to collect business requirements, processes and objectives. Provide ad-hoc training and advance consulting/IT services.
• Work with the development team in providing solutions to users, carry out unit testing and facilitate user testing, document functional design, test cases and results according to business requirements.

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent Diploma/Vocational Experience
• Minimum 4 years SAP experience with at least 2 SAP project implementation and support management
• Possess advance configuration skills in SAP BW module, including basic Authorization Management
• With business process experience or background relevant to the functional discipline ( i.e manufacturing, planning, etc. )
• Ability to work both in independent and team-oriented environment
• With proven analytical skills and systematic problem solving
• With very good communication skills and interpersonal relations
• English language fluency in business writing and comprehension
