Wir suchen SAP HCM Berater:innen, die Lust auf echte Verantwortung, persönliche Weiterentwicklung und ein Umfeld haben, in dem TEAM großgeschrieben wird.

Deine Aufgaben:
• Beratung in klassischen SAP ERP HCM-Funktionalitäten: PA, PY, PT, OM, PKP
• Implementierung, Customizing und Prozessberatung
• Erstellung von Konzepten, Workshops und Schulungen
• Aktive Mitgestaltung interner Weiterentwicklungsprozesse und Know-how-Transfer im Team
• Einarbeitung in neue Technologien SAP S/4HANA oder SAP SF

Dein Profil:
• Abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung – auch Quereinsteiger:innen mit HR-/IT-Background sind willkommen
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in SAP ERP HCM
• Erfahrung in der (Teil-)Projektleitung und hohe Kundenorientierung
• Kommunikationsstärke und Eigeninitiative
