Our company provides application analysis, design, development and programming, software engineering, systems development, testing, integration, and implementation, and management consulting services to various clients – including governmental agencies and private companies – throughout the United States and India.

We provide these services in multiple computing environments and use technologies such as client/server architecture, object-oriented programming languages and tools, distributed database management systems, state-of-the-art networking, and communications infrastructures. Our honest and realistic approach to recruiting dictates that AG does not entice or lure engineers from their employers. Around 12-15 years of experience.

• Strong SAP Basis Consultant during initial years and someone who has done many implementations.
• Has moved on to become a Basis Team Manager responsible for management (Planning, Budgeting, Status Reporting, Resource Management) and delivery in last 4-5 years.
• Strong Communication and Managerial skills.
• Strong Hands-on Basis skills. Should be willing to help the technical team with troubleshooting and resolution etc.
• Escalation Management.
• Responsible for management activities such as - Planning, Budgeting, Status Reporting, Resource Management, Escalation, Stakeholder Management.
• PMP, ITIL certification would be very helpful.

• Good comm skills are a big priority
• Duration: 12 Months
