Job Description

We looking for a highly experienced SAP BASIS Senior Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will take charge of the administration and optimization of SAP systems, ensuring their performance, security, and availability to meet the business needs of our clients.

As a Senior Consultant, you will lead complex SAP projects including installations, upgrades, and migrations. You will provide expert-level guidance on best practices in SAP BASIS administration and mentor junior consultants, all while working closely with diverse teams to ensure that SAP environments are well-integrated and efficiently managed.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the installation, configuration, and administration of SAP systems, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Lead system upgrades, migrations, and enhancements while managing project timelines and deliverables.
• Monitor system performance and implement performance tuning strategies to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with other teams to design and implement robust backup and recovery solutions.
• Provide guidance on SAP security policies and user role management to protect system integrity.
• Mentor and support junior BASIS consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Generate and maintain documentation regarding system configurations and operational procedures.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP BASIS administration.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP landscape management, including expertise in SAP HANA and NetWeaver environments.
• Proven experience in leading SAP system installations, upgrades, and performance optimization projects.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex system issues efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various teams and stakeholders.
• Proven experience in project management is a plus.
