Main Purpose of Job:

To support the delivery of SAP Basis and Cloud SAP ALM services to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Delivery Manager in project execution within area of competency
• Identify and communicate issues that may affect delivery quality or timelines
• Develop and maintain productive client relationships
• Propose solutions to technical issues and enhance service offerings
• Manage risk in alignment with Deloitte policies
• Maintain personal development in specialised area

Technical Competencies:

• 5 years' experience in SAP Basis, including 3 years in client-facing roles
• End-to-end project experience: implementation, maintenance, support, and documentation
• Proficiency in SAP NetWeaver 7.x, SAP HANA, SAP S4/HANA, and SAP Solution Manager
• In-depth knowledge of SAP Basis responsibilities, including system architecture, administration, and maintenance
• Experience with SAP Cloud ALM for monitoring, alerting, and change management processes

Minimum Qualifications

• Passed applicable SAP Certification exam – SAP Certified NetWeaver 7.4 or higher associate
• Tertiary qualification in Information Systems diploma or degree

Desired Qualifications

• Passed SAP Certification exam – NetWeaver 7.x, SAP HANA 2.0 Implementation and Administration, SAP Solution Manager and/or SAP ALM.
• Other applicable SAP basis certifications.
• SAP Cloud ALM Certification
