Must Have
Strong experience with SAP upgrades(Version,EHP,SPS,Java SP)
Business suite, SAP Netweaver installation experience along with its preparation, post processing steps
Extensive knowldge required for handling system migration activities
strong Portal, J2ee administration skills
Strong experience with Oracle DB administration, Sybase ASE DB Administration, DB2 DB Administration and MS-SQL Admin Skills
Extensive knowledge required for performance tuning
Administration skills required for background jobs, spools, User, Dump analysis, SAP-DB parameters
Knowledge on integration with multiple SAP, SAP to Non SAP
Strong SAP Basis Administration skill with good knowledge and expertise with SAP HANA configuration integration familiarity with Business Objects reporting suite
SAP HANA planning, sizing, implementation, installation and Upgrade
Managing SAP HANA Cluster, Scale up and Scale out appliance
HANA - Operational Excellence (Backup/Restore, Updates, Patches, Tools, Problem solving)
HANA connectivity to other Applications
HANA Databases problem and Database fine-tuning
BOBJ setup, configuration, optimization
SLT setup, configuration, optimization
Strong Knowledge of Linux/UNIX Operating system.

Extensive Experience in SAP Basis Administration.
OS/DB Migration - HANA Migration using SUM - DMO.
HANA administration - SAP HANA planning, sizing, implementation, installation, Upgrade , Configuration and Administration
SAP BOBJ, DS and SAP SLT

Nice to have:
SAP HANA Security Knowledge
SAP BWA/BIA experience
Preferred SAP HANA certification
Knowledge of ITIL support processes, preferred ITIL Certification
