Job Description:

About The Role

Ferrovial is in the midst of a transformation toward a modern data architecture with SAP Rise, and we want to bring in the person who will lead this change. Reporting to the Head of Data Analytics for Corporate (Spain based) you will be the reference point driving the adoption of SAP Business Data Cloud and SAP Datasphere, ensuring continuity of our current analytical products in Azure Databricks + Power BI, and defining the strategy for the future.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the definition of the end-to-end architecture of the SAP analytics ecosystem, ensuring consistency with the corporate architecture, reference models, and design principles.
Lead the analytics project within the SAP Rise program.
Evaluate and define the optimal architecture after real-world testing with the SAP suite.
Oversee the awarded vendor, ensuring quality, governance, and deadline compliance.
Collaborate with key areas (IT, Finance, HR, Procurement…) to align priorities.
Ensure Ferrovial best-practices in SAP data modelling processes, based on reusing and self-service analytics.
Monitor the integration of external data sources and ensure data security and governance.
Qualifications
Fluent English (minimum B2–C1) for stakeholder interaction and technical documentation.
Knowledge of migration processes within the SAP Rise framework and hybrid BW coexistence.
Strong communication skills with stakeholders across departments.
High autonomy and leadership in complex environments.
Results-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to deadlines.
Ability to translate business needs into robust technical solutions.
Experience in hybrid multi-cloud environments (SAP + Azure + others) is desirable.
Knowledge of data governance tools is considered an asset.
