Job Description

 

Our Client :  International Pharmaceutical enterprise 

Main duties are:

• Deliver data warehouse solutions using the SAP Business Intelligence product portfolio

• Establish connectivity to appropriate source systems

• Adhere to and contribute towards the evolution of the defined BI strategy, target architecture, roadmap, standards and best practices

• Proactively seek to continuously improve the Enterprise Business Intelligence solutions estate

The successful candidate will be experienced in:

DELIVERABLES / OUTPUTS

• Data warehouse applications and ETL capabilities that meet customer requirements

• Test scripts and supporting test data

• Project & solution support documentation

• Activity and task plans

• In-project status reports as required

• Training, coaching & education, including supporting collateral as required

KEY ACTIVITIES

Customer-Facing

• Engage with project staff and customer representatives to capture detailed customer business processes and associated reporting and analysis needs

• Analyse, challenge and prioritise customer requirements to define appropriate Business Intelligence solution

• Facilitate customer data cleansing activities

• Define and deliver training and support as required

• Resolve in-project technical issues

• Provide customer support according to predefined service level agreements during warranty period

Technical Development & Implementation

• Liaise with technical development staff to ensure customer business intelligence & analysis requirements are met

• Follow industry and company standard development methodologies

• Understand different data warehouse design approaches

• Activate standard SAP Business Information Warehouse Business Content as required

• Modify standard SAP Business Information Warehouse Business Content as required

• Create custom SAP
