The SAP ABAP HR Consultant will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting ABAP solutions for SAP HR/HCM modules and Fiori-based applications. This role involves working across the full project lifecycle, collaborating with functional teams, and delivering scalable, high-quality technical solutions aligned with SAP best practices.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain SAP ABAP programs supporting HR/HCM modules and Fiori applications.
• Participate in end-to-end SAP implementation projects, covering requirement analysis, development, testing, and deployment.
• Develop and enhance custom objects including reports, interfaces, forms, conversions, enhancements, and workflows.
• Build and integrate SAP Fiori applications with backend SAP systems to ensure seamless functionality and performance.
• Collaborate closely with functional consultants to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Perform code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning to ensure optimal system behavior.
• Develop and enhance ABAP objects using BAPIs, BADIs, user exits, and enhancement frameworks.
• Create and maintain SmartForms and other SAP forms as required.
• Ensure all developments comply with SAP standards, security guidelines, and organizational best practices.
• Provide technical support and resolve production issues in a timely manner.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP ABAP HR (HCM) development or ABAP with SAP Fiori.
• Experience working on at least one full-cycle SAP implementation project.
• Expertise in ABAP development objects including Reports, BAPIs, BADIs, Enhancements, and SmartForms.
• Solid experience with HR-specific SAP objects such as Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), and Payroll.
• Hands-on knowledge of SAP Fiori/UI5 development is a strong advantage.
• Good understanding of OData services and SAP Gateway.
• Working knowledge of SAP HCM business processes and/or Fiori design principles.
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
