Talent Worx is a growing services & recruitment consulting firm, we are hiring for our client which is a digital invoice discounting platform by A. TREDS (Trade Receivable Discounting System) Ltd, a joint venture between Axis Bank and B2B e-commerce company mjunction.

It is a platform which connects MSME suppliers (sellers) and their corporate buyers to multiple financiers. This platform enables discounting of invoices of the MSME sellers against large buyers who are in the ERP system, through a transparent auction mechanism that ensures assertion of the billing at competitive market rates.

SAP ABAP Programmer

Job Summary:
We are looking for highly skilled SAP ABAP programmers with experience building SAP applications using SAP ABAP. The SAP Programmer shall be responsible for analyzing user requirements and business objectives, determining application features and functionality, and recommending changes to the existing SAP Custom Connector developed, among other duties.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Main responsibility shall be the ownership, development, customization, and maintenance of Custom SAP Extractor Module.
• Understanding the needs and requirements of the clients by coordinating with their representatives and seeking clarity on every minute detail to provide the best possible solution.
• Consulting with professionals from other departments and those working on specific SAP modules such as SAP FI/CO and MM to ensure a consistent experience for the various users on the client's side.
• Writing the code using ABAP programming language based on the blueprint provided by the clients and performing regular tests on the usability of the code.
• Ensuring that all programs are completed on schedule as per the client's guidelines and allocating appropriate resources to achieve this.
• Experience with integrating SAP modules such as SD, FI, and MM.
• Providing technical support to the end users in the form of troubleshooting guidelines and modifications to the system after it has been delivered. Training the end users and client representatives is also performed at this stage of the SAP ABAP software life cycle.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Development, or a related field.
• Proven hands-on SAP ABAP Development experience.
• Experience in the configuration of adapters such as IDOC, Proxy, FTPS, RFC, BAPI, BADI, web services, and other Integration Builder objects.
• Experience with designing and implementing SAP PI/PO ABAP Proxies.
• Minimum 1 year to Maximum 3 years of experience in SAP ABAP experience that includes RICEFW objects, enhancements framework, object-oriented programming, and interfacing SAP with other IT systems, SAP Hana.
• Experience with test-driven development, Agile expertise is a must.
• Analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Good organizational skills.
