Position: SAP aATP expert

Location : San Diego, CA

Remote

50% Travel.. initially remote

Visa : USC , GC

Seeking a strong SAP aATP expert with hands‑on experience across sales processes, supply planning, and Production Planning & Detailed Scheduling (PP/DS). Experience with SAP gATP is preferred. The candidate should be able to translate business requirements into aATP designs and drive end‑to‑end implementation in complex supply chain environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead design, configuration, and deployment of SAP aATP capabilities, including product availability check, allocation, backorder processing, and supply protection.

Configure aATP to support order promising, prioritization, and substitution logic.

Integrate aATP with planning and execution processes including PP/DS, MRP, and sales order management.

Support cross-functional solution design, including integration with SAP S/4HANA, EWM, and IBP where applicable.

Troubleshoot complex ATP and planning issues across sales, planning, and production areas.

Provide guidance, best practices, and knowledge transfer to internal teams.

Required Experience:

Strong hands-on experience implementing SAP aATP in S/4HANA.

Experience with supply planning concepts and integration to planning tools. Hands-on experience with PP/DS (detailed scheduling, pegging, dependent demand).

Ability to work in cross-functional teams and communicate with business stakeholders.
