Picasso Restaurant Group is opening our newest café inside the Pavilion at Michigan Medicine, and we are looking for enthusiastic team members to join us as Sandwich Artists & Salad Bar Attendants. If you enjoy working with fresh ingredients and providing excellent service, this is the job for you!

Position: Sandwich Artist & Salad Bar Attendant
Location: Pavilion at Michigan Medicine – Ann Arbor, MI
Hours: Full-time and part-time available

Responsibilities:

Prepare sandwiches, wraps, and salads to order with accuracy and care

Maintain and stock the salad bar with fresh, appealing selections

Provide excellent customer service with a friendly, positive attitude

Ensure cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards are met

Assist with other food prep and service duties as needed

Requirements:

Previous food service or prep experience preferred, but not required

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
