• Professionelle und leidenschaftliche Kundenberatung und Kundenbindung
• Umsatzorientierte Umsetzung operativer Prozessabläufe auf der Fläche und im Lager
• Präsentation der Produkte und Verkaufsräume mit einem guten Blick für Angebote, den Umsatz sowie das Shopping-Erlebnis der Kundschaft
• Lösungsorientierte Anwendung von Strategien und Best Practices im Kundenservice gemeinsam mit dem Team 

Das Mindestgehalt nach KV für diese Position beträgt € 2.251,00 (Einstiegsgehalt im 1. Berufsjahr auf Vollzeitbasis) mit Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung. Das tatsächliche Gehalt ist abhängig von Erfahrung und Qualifikation.

• Ergebnisorientierter Berater mit hoher Service-Exzellenz und -Qualität mit dem Ziel der Kundenzufriedenheit sowie ausgezeichneten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten (Deutsch: sehr gut)
• Affinität zur Beauty-Welt, Kosmetikbranche oder Lifestylebranche sowie sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Tools
