Sample Coordinator

This is a remote position.

As a Sample Coordinator for Sago you will be responsible for the following:

· Preparing data for creating, running, and modifying sample jobs

· Execute and monitor project sampling and quota management to ensure effective and efficient utilization of internal panels, optimizing sample targeting and meeting project delivery targets

· Ensuring quality assurance and data integrity across collected data

· Extracting data for feasibility studies, raw data pulls, sample pulls and data appends

· Preparing data files in appropriate formats for client review and overseeing the quality of data deliverables

· Liaising with Sales, Project Managers, and Programmers on ad hoc requests

· Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
Qualifications/Attributes

We are looking for applicants who have:

· Superior organizational skills

· High attention to detail

· A working knowledge and comfort with Excel, Outlook, and Word

· Proficiency with MS Excel functions and formulas including VLOOKUP or INDEX/MATCH, pivot tables, conditional formatting, logic functions and filter/sorting.

· Demonstrated commitment to the accuracy and completeness of information

· Comfortable working in a team and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision

· Integrity, initiative and commitment to continuous learning

· The ability to thrive in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment

· Experience with Confirmit is not required, but a bonus qualification

· Experience with online data collection, reporting and sampling is not required, but a bonus qualification
