We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Solution Architect with over 8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and enterprise implementations. This role is responsible for driving end-to-end technical architecture, solution design, and development governance across complex Salesforce programs. You will lead the design and execution of scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions, focusing on custom development, integrations, and platform optimization. As a technical leader, you will collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and development teams to translate business requirements into robust architectural blueprints. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Apex, LWC, APIs, integration frameworks, DevOps processes, and enterprise-grade solution architecture, along with the ability to mentor teams and enforce best practices across large-scale implementations.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

• Design scalable and secure Salesforce technical architecture using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and APIs
• Lead complex integrations with external systems such as ERP and legacy applications
• Architect and implement data migration strategies, including large-volume data handling
• Define coding standards, architectural patterns, and development best practices
• Conduct code reviews and perform technical risk assessments
• Ensure optimal performance, security, scalability, and compliance of Salesforce solutions
• Oversee DevOps processes including CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Copado, Gearset, and Git
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure architectural alignment
• Troubleshoot complex technical challenges and provide solution guidance

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 7–8+ years of strong hands-on Salesforce development experience
• Deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL
• Strong experience with Salesforce APIs and enterprise integration tools such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or Informatica
• Proficiency in DevOps tools including Copado, Gearset, Git, and GitHub
• Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits, security model, and architecture constraints
• Experience leading large-scale enterprise Salesforce implementations
• Strong architectural thinking with the ability to design end-to-end technical solutions
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II, Integration Architecture Designer, or progress toward CTA are highly preferred
