Job Description

At TechBiz Global, we are providing recruitment service to our TOP clients from our portfolio. We are currently seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect to join one of our clients' teams. Responsibilities:

• Provide expertise across the Salesforce platform including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.

• Implement and configure Salesforce Field Service Lightning and custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.

• Design and configure security models using profiles, roles, organization-wide defaults (OWD), and sharing rules.

• Customize Salesforce CRM using best practices including automation, workflows, and reporting.

• Develop Visualforce pages and components based on business requirements.

• Execute end-to-end Salesforce testing, including development of test cases and thorough issue resolution.

• Setup and configure Salesforce Communities, with attention to secure access and user management.

• Identify improvement opportunities in business processes and provide recommendations for optimization.

• Ensure adherence to Salesforce quality standards and compliance.

• Collaborate directly and independently with clients and stakeholders.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous delivery and improvement.
