Salary range: Rs 800000 - Rs 1700000 (ie INR 8-17 LPA)

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Design

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Define architecture standards, data models, governance frameworks, and best practices.
• Drive optimal usage of Salesforce capabilities including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and related platform features.
• Architect multi-cloud implementations and complex system integrations.

Technical Leadership & Development Oversight

• Provide technical leadership to developers, administrators, and cross-functional teams.
• Establish coding, deployment, and DevOps best practices to ensure high-quality releases.
• Review and optimize Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), workflows, automations, and SOQL queries.
• Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, and ETL tools.
• Lead data migration, cleansing, and system optimization initiatives.
• Ensure data integrity, compliance, and security governance across implementations.

Stakeholder Engagement & Strategy

• Act as a bridge between business and technical teams to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables.
• Conduct solution workshops, architecture discussions, and roadmap planning sessions.
• Provide strategic guidance on Salesforce capabilities, limitations, and future scalability.

Security & Compliance

• Define and enforce best practices for roles, permissions, and data access controls.
• Ensure compliance with organizational and industry security standards.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 7–10 years of Salesforce experience with at least 3+ years in a solution or architect-level role.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce architecture, data modeling, Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and integrations.
• Proven experience handling complex, enterprise-scale implementations and multi-cloud environments.
• Hands-on knowledge of DevOps tools such as Salesforce DX, Copado, and Git.
• Strong understanding of integration frameworks including MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, and ETL tools.
• Salesforce certifications (Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect) are a strong advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to translate business goals into scalable technical solutions while mentoring teams and driving best practices.
