We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of scalable, high-impact Salesforce solutions. This role combines technical architecture, client advisory, and strategic leadership to drive successful implementations across complex business environments. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on Salesforce expertise, architectural thinking, and the ability to translate business requirements into powerful technical solutions.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Architecture

• Lead requirement discovery workshops to understand business objectives and define project scope.
• Design scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce architectures aligned with industry best practices.
• Develop technical architecture diagrams, data models, and workflow designs to simplify complex systems.
• Ensure seamless integrations with third-party platforms, AI solutions, and Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Implement automation frameworks to enhance system efficiency and improve user experience.

Technical Leadership & Strategy

• Act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance on Salesforce architecture and configuration best practices.
• Mentor developers and consultants to ensure high-quality technical delivery.
• Stay current with Salesforce innovations, including Data Cloud and AI capabilities, to enhance solution design.
• Ensure compliance with security, scalability, and data governance standards.

Client Engagement & Communication

• Translate technical architectures into clear business value for executive and non-technical stakeholders.
• Deliver compelling demos, solution walkthroughs, and proposal presentations.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships to ensure long-term success and satisfaction.

Organizational Contribution & Growth

• Contribute to internal best practices, documentation, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Support pre-sales activities, including RFP responses, solution estimation, and proposal development.
• Participate in mentoring programs and diversity initiatives to foster inclusive growth.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• 5–6 years of hands-on Salesforce experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Proven experience leading large-scale implementations as a Solution Architect.
• Strong expertise in designing scalable solutions involving complex integrations and automation workflows.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Experience working with global clients (US & UK markets preferred).
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous learning.

Preferred (Nice to Have)

• Experience with Nonprofit Cloud or Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP).
• Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud, Einstein AI, and Generative AI capabilities.
