Your Impact as a Salesforce Professional

As a Professional in our CRM Tech team, you’ll play a key role in helping clients unlock the full value of Salesforce. You’ll lead functional design efforts, guide implementation teams, and work closely with clients to deliver impactful CRM solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading client workshops to understand business processes and requirements.

• Leading functional end-to-end workstreams, including writing User Stories, acceptance criteria, functional testing and user training.

• Designing realistic and actionable Salesforce solutions aligned with strategic goals.

• Ensuring high-quality documentation of implemented solutions.

• Collaborating with engagement leaders, project managers, lead developers to deliver client value.

• Leverage AI tools at every step of your work

• Preparing effort estimates and supporting proposal development (RFPs).

• Supporting pre-sales activities and contributing to business development.

• Pursue ongoing education through Salesforce certifications and other platforms to keep knowledge current

About you

• You have 3+ years of professional experience

• You are fluent in Dutch and/or French and English.

• You hold a university degree, preferably a Master’s degree.

• You hold Salesforce certifications and have a strong understanding of CRM platforms.

• Experience in consulting or in the public sector is a plus.

• Possesses an analytical mindset, effective communication abilities, and a proactive approach to identifying solutions.

• You have project management experience; certifications like Agile or Prince2 are a plus.

• You are client oriented, eager to learn, eager to grow and a Team player.
