Objetivo:

Gerir incidentes, problemas, suporte ao negócio, desenvolvimento, melhorias e configurações nas soluções Salesforce Marketing Cloud e Data 360 (Data Cloud) do cliente.

Principais Responsabilidades:

• Assegurar a monitorização, integridade e disponibilidade dos sistemas de suporte às operações;
• Garantir o cumprimento das boas práticas ITIL na gestão de incidentes e problemas;
• Implementar, gerir e manter processos de provisão, configuração e automação;
• Analisar problemas aplicacionais;
• Desenvolver correções e evoluções (manutenção corretiva e evolutiva);

Tecnologias:

• PL/SQL
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud (obrigatório)
• Salesforce Data 360 (Data Cloud) (obrigatório)

Perfil:

• Experiência comprovada mínima de 2 a 3 anos em funções de suporte aplicacional de 1ª e 2ª linha, com orientação ao cliente, na área de Salesforce Marketing Cloud;
• Certificação Marketing Cloud Email Specialist ou Marketing Cloud Consultant (preferencial);
• Conhecimentos de Salesforce Data 360 (Data Cloud);
• Certificação Certified Data 360 (Data Cloud) Consultant (preferencial).
