Salesforce Implementor
Nefesh B’Nefesh is seeking a skilled Salesforce Implementor to join our team and support the ongoing development of a complex, highly customized Salesforce environment. This role is well suited for someone with prior hands-on Salesforce implementation experience who is looking to grow within a mission-driven, multi-stakeholder organization operating at global scale. The Salesforce Implementor will work closely with senior team members and internal stakeholders to design, implement, refine and troubleshoot Salesforce-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and enhance Salesforce solutions supporting complex, cross-departmental business processes.
Design, build, and maintain Salesforce Flows and automations based on defined requirements.
Work within a mature Salesforce environment with advanced permissions, data relationships, and integrations.
Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to support system changes, testing, and rollouts.
Maintain reports and dashboards and support data quality across Salesforce and connected systems.
Assist with third-party integrations and related troubleshooting.
Support users through documentation, training materials, and guidance as needed.
Requirements
1–2 years of hands-on experience implementing Salesforce solutions in a production environment, including building flows and troubleshooting existing ones.
Solid understanding of Salesforce configuration, security model, and best practices.
Experience working in complex organizations with multiple stakeholders and interdependent processes.
High level of English (spoken and written); Intermediate Hebrew required.
Strong attention to detail, ability to work within defined processes, time management, and good collaboration skills.
Salesforce Administrator certification required, additional certifications are a bonus
Advantages
Experience with third-party tools and integrations (e.g., Titan, Zapier, Own Backup/Archive).
Familiarity with NPSP, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, and/or Higher Education Pack.
