At Inetum you have space to grow and boost your talent! We are looking for a focused and proactive Functional Analyst specializing in Salesforce to join our team. The ideal candidate will play an important role in designing, configuring, and supporting Salesforce solutions to meet business needs. This role requires excellent analytical skills, strong communication, and a deep understanding of Salesforce functionalities and integrations.

Main Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand and gather business requirements.
• Translate business needs into Salesforce functionalities and technical specifications.
• Configuring and customizing Salesforce solutions to meet organizational needs.
• Supporting Salesforce integrations with other systems and ensuring data consistency.
• Designing and maintaining workflows, processes, reports, and dashboards within Salesforce.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure successful implementation of Salesforce solutions.
• Conducting testing to ensure the reliability and efficiency of Salesforce implementations.
• Providing end-user training and ongoing support for Salesforce solutions.
• Stay updated with Salesforce updates and new features.

• A bachelor's degree in business, IT, computer science, or a related field is often required.
• Professional experience in Functional Analysis and experience in Salesforce projects (gathering requirements, designing solutions, and collaborating with stakeholders).
• Collaborated with different teams and helped connect technical experts with business professionals.
• Ability to identify and effectively resolve issues.
• Proficiency in French, with the ability to communicate effectively in professional setting.
• Being able to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, especially in both French and English.
• Staying flexible and adjusting to changing business needs, priorities, and technologies.
• Approaching challenges with a solution-oriented mindset and thinking critically to resolve issues.
• Ensuring accuracy and precision in work to meet business and system requirements.

Job Location and Residency Requirements:

• This position is based in Portugal.
• Applicants must meet residency or eligibility criteria to work within the country (example: a residence permit or work visa).
• Proficiency in Portuguese is preferred.
