What you’ll do

• Configure, customize, and extend Salesforce to support new features, enhancements to existing workflows, and ongoing operational needs across multiple internal stakeholders.

• Partner directly with business teams to capture requirements, document user stories, and translate needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.

• Implement and maintain integrations with external applications (including Outlook, websites, marketing automation tools, and internal data systems).

• Develop and modify objects, page layouts, workflows, validation rules, approval processes, reports, and dashboards.

• Support recruiters in posting roles, receiving and managing candidate applications, and optimizing recruiting workflows.

• Enable communications and investor relations teams to run targeted campaigns, manage events and registrants, and streamline reporting.

• Provide training, documentation, and day-to-day support to users, ensuring high adoption and satisfaction.

• Monitor system performance, data quality, and user feedback to proactively address issues and refine solutions.

• Champion a culture of agile development and continuous improvement within the team.

What’s required

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, Developer, or similar role, with demonstrable experience implementing and enhancing Salesforce solutions end-to-end.

• Salesforce Administrator certification required; Salesforce Platform App Builder or Platform Developer I/II certifications strongly preferred.

• Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model.

• Hands-on experience with:

• Custom objects, fields, and formula fields.

• Lightning App Builder and Lightning Web Components (LWCs).

• Flows, Process Builder, and Apex triggers/classes.

• Reports and dashboards for diverse user groups.

• Salesforce integration capabilities (REST/SOAP APIs, Salesforce Connect, External Objects).

• UI Design with Visualforce, HTML, CSS, JS, and Angular

• Experience integrating Salesforce with Microsoft Outlook and other productivity tools.

• Familiarity with Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) or similar campaign/event management integrations a plus.

• Experience and certifications with Agentforce, Data Cloud, and Tableau are a plus. Experience with Sales Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, and/or Non-Profit Cloud is preferred.

• Strong ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions, with excellent communication and documentation skills.

• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver quality results in a fast-paced, agile environment.
