Salesforce Engineer (COTS)

Join us as a Salesforce Engineer, where your expertise in Salesforce development and application maintenance will be key to delivering innovative digital solutions. This role offers the opportunity to work on Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) systems, ensuring seamless deployment, maintenance, and optimization of Salesforce-based applications in line with organizational needs.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to customize and enhance Salesforce applications to meet business requirements.

• Manage the lifecycle of Salesforce solutions, including development, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.

• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring optimal performance and availability.

• Implement and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.

• Evaluate and recommend tools, modules, and features to enhance Salesforce functionality.

• Ensure compliance with best practices, security policies, and organizational guidelines for Salesforce implementation.

• Provide technical support, training, and documentation to stakeholders for Salesforce applications.

What We’re Looking For

• A Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.

• Proven experience in Salesforce development, including designing and maintaining Salesforce applications.

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce tools, modules, and APIs for integrations.

• Familiarity with Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) systems and application maintenance.

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Salesforce applications efficiently.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• A driven and detail-oriented individual with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
