What awaits you
Join our Feature Team(s) as a Junior – Mid Salesforce Developer and build the future of automotive customer relationship management (CRM) at a global automotive leader.
You'll develop features that are rolled out to markets worldwide, working with AI-assisted development powered by GitHub Copilot, state-of-the-art CI/CD pipelines, modern Salesforce frameworks, and cutting-edge development practices.
As part of a self-managed, cross-functional feature team, you'll leverage AI-pair programming to accelerate development, enhance code quality, and deliver innovative CRM solutions that impact customers worldwide.
You'll be engaged throughout the entire software development lifecycle- from initial analysis and technical design, through configuration and coding, to testing, implementing external integrations, and final production deployment across multiple markets.
Participate in a structured intensive Salesforce enablement bootcamp designed specifically for mid-senior engineers (Trailhead, internal training, Salesforce classes)
Earn Salesforce certifications (e.g. Salesforce Platform Developer I)
What should you bring along
University Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or a related field
At least 2 yearsof professional software development experience (internships, working student roles, or project experience included).
Solid programming foundation in Java (preferred), C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, Phyton, Bash scripting, or comparable object-oriented languages; willingness to learn Apex(Salesforce’s Java-like language).
Advanced understanding of web development fundamentals(HTML/CSS/JavaScript) and interest in modern component-based UI frameworks; willingness to learn Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Familiarity with declarative automation concepts(e.g., workflow rules, rule engines, low-code automation) is a plus; willingness to learn Flow Builder and Salesforce automation patterns.
Understandingdata modeling concepts (entities, relationships, normalization basics) and ability to work with query languages (SQL or similar); willingness to learn SOQL and Salesforce’s object model.
Basic knowledge of API and integration fundamentals(REST, JSON, authentication concepts); experience with event-driven concepts is a plus (e.g., messaging/queues).
Interest in enterprise software domains such as CRM, customer processes, service operations, or sales workflows; prior exposure to CRM
Practical experience with GitHub based collaboration (PRs, code reviews, branching)
Understanding of CI/CD basics(build pipelines, automated checks, deployments) is a plus; willingness to learn Salesforce-specific delivery with SFDX and environment strategies.
Familiarity with testing principles(unit tests, test pyramids, basic TDD concepts); any experience with Java/JUnit or JS testing frameworks is beneficial; willingness to learn Apex tests and Jest for LWC
