Salesforce Developer (Remote)

You Will:
• Develop and deliver new features for our Salesforce applications, including Apex, LWC, and integrations
• Maintain existing Salesforce functionality, including Apex, legacy Aura components, and flows
• Configure and customize Salesforce environments to meet the needs of the development, QA, and implementation teams
• Diagnose and resolve complex issues in production environments
• Assist in the design and delivery of complex product implementation requests
• Create and maintain technical documentation and participate in code reviews
• Follow Salesforce best practices for development and security, as well as company standards for code quality

You Have:
• At least 3 years of experience working with Salesforce in a technical role
• Familiarity with standard Salesforce design and architectural patterns
• Experience with all Salesforce configuration, including flows, custom metadata, profiles and permission sets, and sharing models
• Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits, bulkification, and optimization for high volume environments
• Experience writing LWC components and javascript (ES6+)
• Experience writing Apex unit tests, batch/queueable Apex, and APIs
• An understanding of integration basics, such as security considerations, authentication processes (OAuth, Auth0), and API design
• Solid understanding of SOQL and Salesforce’s database model
• Experience with an IDE that supports Salesforce development and version control tools (Git/Github)
• Experience working with Salesforce DX and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong technical problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
• Experience working within an Agile development cycle
• Experience working in a collaborative environment and learning from others
• Demonstrated commitment to learning within the Salesforce space

Certification:
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer 1 (Platform Developer 2 preferred)
