About the role

Our Sales team powers customer growth around the world. From prospecting to acquisition and activation, they own their market segments, solve complex problems, and help more customers discover the value of Revolut with a sharp, solution-oriented approach.

We're looking for a Salesforce Developer who can take full ownership of complex technical implementation tasks, while collaborating closely with other developers and admins to meet business requirements. You'll develop new system features that support rapid growth and global scaling efforts.

What you’ll be doing

Evolving Salesforce in line with business process changes and strategic objectives
Owning the scope, design, implementation, and release of bug fixes and new features from end to end
Producing technical documentation and specifications for all developments, working within Agile development cycles
Actively seeking to make efficiency improvements to existing processes using Salesforce
Managing wider stakeholder relationships to identify CRM use-case opportunities and establish functionality requirements
Working with across departments and business areas to define and agree on the CRM platform strategy

What you'll need

3+ years of experience in Salesforce development
Expertise with Apex programming applied to Salesforce Sales and/or Service Cloud
Experience within a CRM centre of excellence
Familiarity with REST and SOAP-based web services
Extensive experience working with custom API integrations
Expertise in Lightning Web Component
To be passionate about improving coding standards and release QA
Solid analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to perform root-cause analysis

Nice to have

To be a certified Salesforce Platform Developer I, Salesforce Administrator, Javascript Developer, and/or Platform App Builder

Compensation range

Krakow: PLN14,400 - PLN27,500 gross monthly*
Poland: PLN14,400 - PLN27,500 gross monthly*
Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process
Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
