Required Certifications: Force.com Developer and Sales or Service Cloud consultant certifications REQUIRED

• Lead solution design sessions, recommend alternate approaches, define technical impacts, provide sizing estimates, design and develop solutions
• Serve as a technical lead on Salesforce projects
• Lead development team
• Create technical designs for new product functionality on Salesforce Platform.
• Lead design and development of custom solutions comprising of work in Apex, Visual Force, Salesforce APIs, SOQL, application integration, data migration and in core web technologies including HTML5, Javascript, jQuery and CSS.
• Map business requirements to the functional or technical capabilities of the Salesforce platform.
• Apply XML and Web services standards and implement web services for integration.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing of new product functionality. Analyze and mitigate issues identified during testing.
• Develop Salesforce applications on mobile devices
• Lead the Salesforce Technical team through thought leadership, development of technical standards and coaching and mentoring employees.
• Assist in re-engineering business and system processes around Sales, Marketing, Part sales, Used Truck and Dealer sales functions.
• Collaborate on and inform cross-functional teams of new feature technical design, technical requirements, limitations, and prepare implementation plans.
• Follow an iterative software development methodology and contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle and support.
• Ability to facilitate and actively participate in meetings with representatives from multiple business and/or IT units
• Work in environments with competing and alternating priorities, take accountability for quality of deliverables, provide status on development effort and deliver in time and as per specifications.
• Accountable for partnering with key roles such as enterprise architects, infrastructure team and others, to create solutions that are aligned to architecture standards and principles and leverage common solutions and services
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Manage Salesforce release activities

Education requirement: BS in Computer Science or equivalent technical degree and 5 years’ experience.

Years of Experience: 5+ years’ experience of development in Salesforce.com platform, 7+ years’ experience in application design and development.
