Salesforce Developer

Overview

We are looking for a Salesforce Developer to join our team and support government and enterprise customers in their digital transformation journey. You will be responsible for the customization, extension, and integration of Salesforce, delivering solutions tailored to customer-specific requirements across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce modules.

Experience & Skills Required

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with customers, business analysts, and architects to understand requirements and translate them into technical designs

• Develop custom Salesforce components using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and Flow

• Customize standard and custom objects, workflows, approval processes, and validation rules

• Implement Salesforce integrations with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or third-party connectors

• Lead and mentor junior Salesforce developers on coding standards, design patterns, and troubleshooting

• Participate in technical planning, estimation, and code reviews

• Ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practices and comply with security and performance requirements

• Support data migration, sandbox deployment, and production rollout

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience

• Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Flow Builder, and Salesforce DX

• Experience working with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce modules

• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, security, and governor limits

• Experience with integrating Salesforce with external systems (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware)

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools for Salesforce (Gearset, Copado, Jenkins, etc.)

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required (Developer II or Architect certs preferred)

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Certifications:

• Required: Salesforce Platform Developer I

• Preferred: Platform Developer II, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, JavaScript Developer I, Sharing & Visibility Designer, Integration Architect

• Bonus: Application Architect, System Architect (part of CTA path), Admin or Advanced Admin

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with public sector clients or in regulated environments

• Prior experience in Salesforce Community Cloud / Experience Cloud

• Knowledge of Data Loader, SOQL, and deployment tools

• Background in JavaScript, HTML/CSS for LWC components

• Familiarity with Salesforce AppExchange packages
