About Us: Markley is New England’s largest and longest operating multi-tenant, mission-critical telecommunication, and data center with facilities in Boston and Lowell MA.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Salesforce Developer to help us maximize the value of our Salesforce platform. In this role, you’ll manage day-to-day system operations, support users across the organization, and continuously improve workflows, data quality, and reporting capabilities. You’ll partner closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions, ensuring the platform evolves alongside our growth.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with a user-first mindset—someone who enjoys solving problems, streamlining processes, and empowering teams through smart system design. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform day to day support and management of our Salesforce platform.

Consult with and advise departmental users on current and potential use cases and capabilities within our Salesforce platform.

Perform enhancements and make changes as requested by various business units within our Salesforce platform.

Work with 3rd party vendors on Salesforce projects as needed.

Be available for off ours support during critical project implementation work as needed.

Responsible for information security by appropriately preserving the Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability (CIA) of Markley Group information assets in accordance with the company's information security program

Qualifications and Skills:

At least 7 years of development and administration experience with the Salesforce platform.

An ability to translate business requirements to salesforce functionality while maintaining accuracy and data integrity.

Business needs assessment experience.

Software implementation planning and delivery experience.

Ability to work independently

Compensation: $135,000 - $150,000
