Job Description

As a Salesforce Developer with a strong understanding of business processes, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable solutions that enhance the way the organization operates.

In this hybrid role, you combine deep technical expertise (Apex, LWC, integrations, automation) with the ability to understand the needs of different teams and translate them into efficient Salesforce solutions.

You will work on developing new functionalities, optimizing existing processes, integrating external systems, and implementing best practices - including AI driven automation and advanced Flow and Apex processes. The primary focus is on high-quality code, platform stability, and delivering user value.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and platform APIs

Design and implement scalable technical solutions aligned with Salesforce best practices

Develop, optimize, and maintain integrations (REST/SOAP, middleware, external services)

Build and optimize Flows, automation, and process rules

Write and maintain test classes ensuring high code coverage and quality testing standards

Work with SOQL/SOSL queries with a strong focus on performance and data security

Manage version control, deployments, and release processes using Git and/or CI/CD tools

Participate in code reviews and develop reusable components

Stay up to date with new Salesforce features and apply them in practice

Understand business processes through direct collaboration with teams (Sales, Service, Operations)

Analyze user technical requirements and translate them into both technical and declarative SF solutions

Optimize existing processes to improve operational efficiency and accuracy

Ensure data quality and security in line with Salesforce standards

Document technical solutions and functional processes

Required Qualifications

Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative automation (Flow)

Excellent knowledge of SOQL/SOSL and experience working with complex data models

Understanding of Salesforce integration patterns (including batch and trigger-based processes) and APIs

Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud

Platform Developer I (PDI) certification is considered an advantage
