Job Description

We are seeking a Salesforce Developer with strong Salesforce Administration skills and hands-on CPQ experience to join our Business Applications team. In this role, you will design, implement, configure, and customize Salesforce solutions that support Sales and Professional Services. This position blends development and admin expertise to deliver impactful solutions across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and customize Salesforce CPQ, including product rules, pricing logic, discount schedules, quote templates, and approval processes.

• Develop custom functionality using Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, and Flows to meet evolving business requirements.

• Perform Salesforce administrative tasks such as user and license management, permission sets, profiles, page layouts, and report/dashboard development.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CPQ configuration, quoting logic, flows, and user access.

• Support integrations with ERP and other third-party applications as part of the broader quote-to-cash ecosystem.

• Participate in testing, sandbox management, change management, and deployment processes using DevOps tools or change sets.

• Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides.

Skills and Experience

• 3 - 5 years of Salesforce development experience, including at least 1 year with Salesforce CPQ.

• Solid understanding of Salesforce CPQ features such as product bundles, pricing rules, quote templates, subscriptions, renewals, and amendments.

• Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Components.

• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce administration, including user management and automation tools.

• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.

• Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps and deployment practices (e.g., SFDX, change sets, Gearset, or Copado) is a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Administrator certification

• Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist

• Salesforce Platform Developer I or II

• Experience working with CPQ APIs or custom pricing engines
