Salesforce Developer (Agentforce/AI)

RYZ Labs is looking for an experienced Salesforce Consultant to join one of our clients’ teams. In this role, you will design, build, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions by translating complex business requirements into high-impact technical implementations. You will work closely with consultants, architects, and stakeholders, with a strong focus on developing next-generation AI-driven capabilities, including Agentforce.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer

• Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs

• Proven experience building integrations using REST/SOAP services

• Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and platform capabilities

• Experience working on end-to-end Salesforce implementations in a consulting or client-facing environment

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced, distributed teams

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Salesforce certifications are a plus

Nice to Have (Not Required)

• Experience with Agentforce or other AI/automation capabilities within Salesforce

• Exposure to Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or industry-specific clouds (e.g., Financial Services Cloud)

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and deployment processes (e.g., Git, Copado, Gearset)

• Experience with integrations involving third-party platforms or enterprise systems

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop custom solutions within the Salesforce CRM platform using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and platform-native tools

• Translate complex business and functional requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions

• Build and manage integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware

• Collaborate with consultants and architects to support end-to-end Salesforce implementations

• Contribute to the development and implementation of AI-driven features, including Agentforce capabilities

• Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability through best practices, testing, and code reviews

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across environments and deployments

• Participate in technical design discussions and provide input on architecture and feasibility

• Maintain clear technical documentation for developed solutions and integrations

• Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, emerging technologies, and AI advancements
