This position will support Salesforce data cleanup and renewal readiness by reviewing and updating Opportunities, Contracts, Subscriptions, and Assets. You’ll follow clear, step-by-step processes and escalate questions when needed.

Key Responsibilities
Review Salesforce Accounts to identify missing or incorrect links
Confirm Opportunities with renewable products have Contracts and Subscriptions
Help link Contracts to Opportunities, Quotes, and Renewal Opportunities
Validate active Subscriptions and associated Assets
Create or clean up Assets only when instructed
Perform final checks to ensure data accuracy

Skills & Qualifications
Interest in Salesforce or business operations
Strong attention to detail
Comfortable following instructions and asking questions
No prior Salesforce experience required (training provided)

Time Commitment
Internship
2–4+ hours per day, depending on availability
Some days may exceed 4 hours
