Responsabilidades del perfil:

• Liderar el diseño, implementación y operación de soluciones basadas en Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360).

• Definir arquitecturas de datos integradas conectando Sales Cloud, Service Cloud y Marketing Cloud con Salesforce Data Cloud.

• Ejecutar y optimizar queries complejas, así como diseñar transformaciones y modelos de datos dentro de Data Cloud.

• Integrar diferentes fuentes de datos mediante APIs y procesos ETL.

• Colaborar con equipos multidisciplinares (data, negocio, marketing, tecnología) para asegurar soluciones alineadas con objetivos de negocio.

• Liderar equipos técnicos, facilitando la toma de decisiones y asegurando buenas prácticas.

• Garantizar la calidad, gobernanza y escalabilidad de las soluciones de datos.

• Identificar oportunidades de innovación y mejora continua en el ecosistema de datos.

Requisitos

• Experiencia sólida al menos 3 años en proyectos de Salesforce Data Cloud, tanto en implementación como en operación.

• Conocimiento técnico básico en integraciones de Service Cloud, Sales Cloud y Marketing Cloud.

• Experiencia en herramientas de gestión de datos y manejo de APIs REST.

• Nivel avanzado de SQL, con capacidad para trabajar con queries complejas.

• Experiencia en modelado de datos y transformaciones dentro de entornos Data Cloud.

• Experiencia previa liderando equipos y tomando decisiones técnicas.

• Mentalidad analítica, orientada a resolución de problemas y resultados.

• Pasión por aprender, innovar y desarrollar soluciones de alto impacto.

Valorable

• Conocimiento en activación de audiencias y casos de uso de marketing data-driven.

• Certificaciones Salesforce (especialmente Data Cloud o Marketing Cloud).

• Experiencia en entornos ágiles.
