* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical field
* 4+ years of experience with technical implementations of SalesForce CRM in academic settings; Salesforce.com certification is strongly preferred
* Proficiency with Salesforce.com development including modifying of standard and creation of custom objects and fields
* Proven ability to independently perform development, testing, implementation, documentation and updates as it relates to the SalesForce.com software and system administration for academic institutions
* Experience with technologies that work with Salesforce.com including: Java, jscript, Force.com platform, and CastIron
* Experience in moving code from sandboxes to production environment and address issues related to functionality and integration
* Experience in Agile development methodology/Scrum is preferred
* Experience in setting up single sign on between systems
* Experience in the implementation of data exchange between systems in different locations through web services
* Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communications skills
* Effective problem solver and troubleshooter
* Ability to handle full workload and meet proposed deadline
