Key Responsibilities 
• Configure, maintain, and optimize Salesforce CPQ solutions 
• Support bundle configuration, product rules, option constraints, price rules, discount schedules, and quote management functionalities 
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide day-to-day user support 
• Implement enhancements, optimizations, and front-end customizations within the CPQ platform 
• Perform system monitoring, testing, and validation to ensure stability and performance 
• Create and maintain technical documentation and user training materials 
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders and technical specialists 
 
Required Experience & Qualifications 
• 2+ years of relevant professional experience with CPQ solutions 
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ configuration and maintenance 
• Strong understanding of CPQ functionalities, including bundle configuration, product rules, option constraints, price rules, discount schedules, and quote management 
• Experience with frontend technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, and CSS 
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills 
• Experience working in collaborative, cross-functional environments 
• Good communication skills and fluent English language proficiency
