Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce CPQ Architect to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing Salesforce CPQ (Steelbrick) solutions that meet complex business needs. You will collaborate closely with clients and stakeholders, lead CPQ deployments, and ensure the integration of best practices across all projects to optimize performance and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Requirements:

• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze complex business needs for Salesforce CPQ implementations.

Solution Design and Implementation:

• Lead the design and configuration of Salesforce CPQ solutions, ensuring alignment with business processes and objectives.

Process Optimization:

• Utilize Salesforce tools such as Flows, Price Rules, Product Rules, and QCP to streamline and automate complex business processes.

Best Practices:

• Ensure solutions adhere to Salesforce best practices for performance, scalability, and security.

Client Support:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through the implementation process and providing ongoing post-deployment support.

Training & Adoption:

• Provide training to clients and internal teams to ensure high adoption rates and effective use of Salesforce CPQ features.

Documentation:

• Maintain clear and comprehensive technical and business documentation for all implemented solutions.

Stay Updated:

• Continuously learn and apply the latest Salesforce CPQ features and industry trends, including related tools like DocuSign and Conga.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Salesforce Expertise: Minimum 5 years of experience with Salesforce CPQ (Steelbrick) and Sales Cloud as an architect.

• Certifications: Salesforce certifications such as CPQ Specialist or Sales Cloud Consultant are highly desirable; Salesforce Certified Technical Architect is a plus. Revenue Cloud Accreditation is a significant advantage.

• Hands-On Experience: Proven track record of designing, configuring, and implementing Salesforce CPQ (Steelbrick) solutions.

• Technical Skills: Proficient in Salesforce automation tools (Flows) and advanced CPQ configurations.

• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to address challenges and propose innovative solutions.

• Communication: Excellent communication skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.

• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering solutions on time and within scope.

• Bonus Skills: Experience with DocuSign and Conga is a plus.
